1st time to the photography show, I had already done my homework on the upgrade I was going to buy, I. E. EOS 70D, and I had identified Calumet as my startING point. The staff were extremely knowledgeable, curious and very patient, I was very surprised at how many people were very specific on the equipment they were going to buy yet I witnessed extremely good questioning by staff when a customer was undecided, which can be a salesman's dream, but your salesmen were very pocus seductive on helping your customer buy the correct equipment for there specific need. The only observation which would help the sales staff would be to have less vertical column displays, and have a couple more tills to pay at, as we had to question and move to other counters twice.
