Terrible. Received faulty product - frame doesn't fit together properly.
Requested replacement.... After several weeks we've now established that I have to send back the faulty item for inspection before a new one can be despatched. Already sent photos which have been seen and accepted as proof as the problem, so why they can't despatch another and get the courier to collect the faulty goods at the same time I just don't know. Taken three weeks to get precisely nowhere.
