your website says you dont have my email. and i want to make another purchase on line but i cant do it.. and your customer service rushes through and does not give correct advice on your products. I made 3 purchases and returned 2 to get what i needed. Every purchase was advised and suggested by your customer service. (for gels advices) Also another issue is your genesis strip softbox and quick ring are misleading. its not clear enough that you need to buy 3 items to have a working product. pictures are misleading. its wasted alot of time and money to fix things. (This is a seperate issues from the ones above.)
