Their service is the top level; staff members and the manager are always friendly, approachable, listen to my feedback, and tried whatever they could to make sure I was happy with my purchase and the products. On a couple of occasions I had to return my Nikon lenses, but it's due to the consistency/quality control of Nikon. On each occasion there was no trouble at all, and my return and refund went smoothly.
