DEar Calumet I would like to take this opportunity to make a few serious comments of constructive criticism. I first went to drummond street store 10 years ago. The service was personal and people like Edward and Seymour were great on helping technically. Upon going back in 2014 I found it had changed considerably. However Richard Bridge was very helpful and first rate. I do think the approach in general has changed at drummond st. It has got to big and inpersonsal fori my liking. I now go to see Neil and Edward at Wardour st. they are both highly capable and Mature professional members of staff and very very helpful. I have every respect for their abilities. During 2014 I went into Park cameras, Without being in any way disregarding of your Company I Found them to be great, just like drummond st ten years ago. They have a non pushy Approach and a true liking for Photography which is trrue of your wardour st store. The thing is I did end up Spending a lot of money with Park. I do like the Friendly customer Led approach of Park particularly Neville Paul and Mike. They are just so customer focused. May I suggest you look at transferring The approach of Neil and Edward back into the drummond st store if that is possible. The culture of that Centre needs to change as far as I am concerned. I do hope this helps and I trust you do not take offence. However you did ask and I think it is only fair for me to be honest. Obviously you cannot please every single customer but then every customer does count. Its a question of good business practise and we have money to spend, and ultimately Calumet must be about making money. I hope this is of some use. Thank you for taking the time to read this account.
