As this was my first order with Calumet with a spend close to £2000, its true to say it did make me a little nervous as my on-line order details were not updating as my order progressed. This trepidation was made worse when the item did not arrive next day as it should have. That said, the matter was resolved after a couple of phones calls to the sales department, as I was informed there are issues with the website order monitoring and 'next day' delivery may apparently be subject to the carrier being called in to collect the consignment from its storage point. Can't say the item was the best price either when compared to some other on-line shops but I'm not sure that is relevant as it doesn't matter how cheap something is if the supplier has not actually got the item in stock, whereas Calumet did have what I wanted. Other than that, 'yes' this is a genuine supplier, supplying genuine goods and I will certainly be shopping here again in the future. Polite, honest and gets the job done (if a day or two late)... thanks boys and girls ;-)
