I bought a Bowen's 400 rx twin light kit. Delivery. Was fast as was the checkout process. When the package was opened on Thursday one of the modelling bulbs was smashed. Turned the heads on and they appeared to work fine. Working with them Saturday one of the heads stopped working after approximately 5 minutes ! Managed to complete the work and went home slightly miffed that my brand new kit wasn't what I'd hoped. Rang customer services who were incredibly helpful. Took the time to listen, understand and gave me a solution. 60 miles later I turned up at the showroom on the Hagley Rd in Birmingham. The showroom was spotless and I was immediately spoken to. The guy who served me was fantastic. Really pleasant and helped me out. He waited until the light failed again, answered my questions and gave me great advice . They swapped over the faulty light and delivered really great customer service. Thank you to all the staff I've dealt with. You have all been a credit to your company. I will definitely be buying further equipment from you!
