Having shopped with another company for over 30 years they were assured of most of my business. Unfortunately their staff seemed more interested in celebrating new years eve than selling the £2,000 worth of product I was enquiring about. When I was advised to try Calumet by a good friend a TV director and producer I have known for many years I found your staff at the Bristol branch to be very helpful. The advice and service I have received is excellent and if the product I want is not in stock I have always been offered the option of a home delivery or collect in store often on the next day. I will be replacing my second camera soon and look forward to making that purchase with Calumet. I like to be able to trade on a local level and hope you will keep a store in Bristol. One further point is I find the prices are competitive with other high street and on line retailers. Regards Phil
