I bought a new lens and filter to protect the lens. Unfortunately when I got home the filter was the wrong size. I contacted Calumet straight away and they could not be apologetic enough. They asked me to return it and upgraded me with a more expensive filter (£30 more in fact) for the inconvenience. Now genuine mistake happen all the time but what separates Calumet from the rest is how they dealt with me and went out of there way to resolve the problem. Thanks Calumet
