I purchased the Nikon D7200 body from the Glasgow store, I phoned a couple of days before to ask them to put it aside for me and this was no problem for them. When I went to collect it, the staff were very friendly and helpful, as well as allowing me to try a newly released lens on the body even though I wasn't buying it, will definately be going back for future purchases.
