After verbally confirming twice with your colleagues the delivery address, the correct persons name and correct business name was dropped from the dispatch details, and an incorrect business name was inserted with no adressee name and dispatched to it
A delivery that was advertised as next day due to it's value became 5 days later and opened by someone else
