I visited the Calumet Stand at the Photography Show, and agreed a part exchange deal to upgrade my Fuji X-T1 to an X-T2. I was very happy with the way the deal was transacted at the show, the staff being polite and efficient. They did not have the X-T2 in stock at the show but placed an order saying they were not sure how long it would take for delivery. However I was advised the next day that the camera had been despatched from the Wardour Street Branch, and I received it the day after that - very satisfactory service. I have purchased a few items online from Calumet over time and always found the service fast and efficient.
