They failed with internet ordering. This is completely wrong that web orders team is not working on saturdays and sundays. It kills the whole idea of internet ordering. In order to buy some stuff for collection from Drummond street shop I had to call to their phone sales (who are working on saturdays, but have no idea how to cancel web order) and place another order.
