I do use Calumet for the brilliant ad hoc availability of professional equipment. I prefer to go into a shop and buy the item as opposed to waiting until the post arrives.
On the negative side, I have walked out on several occasions and bought online as the time to be served is just too long. The new queueing system makes the experience only worse. I would like a better customer service experience especially while buying items in their thousands of pounds.
This review is for the Drummond Street branch as this is the only one I use.
