I ordered two products that appeared to be intended to be used together. They were not compatible. Calumet staff noticed the potential problem and emailed me to check that I had ordered correctly. In fact, I wanted the order as it was as I was intending to use the incompatible components with old gear. I think this is excellent. Box shifters would never have noticed, or if they had, would have been very unlikely to take the trouble to make the check. Well done Calumet!
