The initial issue I had with my Manfrotto LED bank of lights was quite good after some frustrating calls, Calumet made good their position by sending a motorbike and collecting exchanging the lights. The repeat issue has been somewhat protracted to sort, to avoid issues I paid to parcel and send the lights back as I could see a situation arising where Calumet would call to collect and we would be out. This second return has been somewhat protracted, I do have mails on file apologizing and fortunately I have not needed the lights so the pressure has been off, that said, tomorrow, 17th June I do have an outside evening shoot and would like the lights at hand but as I write, I still don't have them....
