I am disgusted by the service provided by Calzedonia. I placed my order on the 8th January and it is no where to be seen. I have not had an update nor will anyone reply to my emails. I waited in a queue to speak to an online agent for 3 hours yesterday only to be booted off at the last minute with a message saying that the agents were too busy and to send an email. The phone lines are not working either! This is disgusting. I get that maybe shipments would be delayed but I had something come from China and the USA quicker than this.
