My order was never registered in their system and so never reimbursed I made an order that payment went through but it was not successfully registered in their system which ok i get it. Things like these happen. My payment was under pending authorization (not confirmed until order is shipped i was told) Then after 2 days payment was confirmed by them the guys who clearly steal money and so executed by the bank. My bank clearly states that payment is confirmed by Calzedonia and there is payment confirmation statement and payment ID Guess what? I sent them multiple emails and never got a reply. NOTHING So i strongly do not believe that I will be reimbursed and I clearly consider this fraud. I will not leave this like this. Playing with customers
