I cannot say how good the customer service was as I had many problems with the badges as the dpi template I was using wasn't good enough, but with Camaloon's patience we got there in the end and the badges are great! Unfortunately, the pens were a little disappointing as the print on them is indistinguishable. I checked the proof they sent to me for my approval and I could read it on that, but of course, I now realise that was enlarged! So, if you are getting pens ensure you check you can read what is on it! Camaloons Customer Service though could not be faulted, and all at an excellent price.
