This brand by far has the worst customer service, no phone number to call, slowest replying service, I bought a shoe from them before christmas, took long enough to deliver, and guess what! They delivered a wrong item! Different model and color, it took them so long to reply to my email and now they are asking to first return the wrong shoe, when we receive it, we will ship the correct one, this is not my fault, what kind of costumer service is this! This is not service, this is not support, i have to go through it all, print the label, take it to UPS and possibly charge for shipping to Vancouver! What the actual *^%#! Worst experience of my life, I'll never and ever purchase anything from this brand and let everyone knows that they can't care any less of their customers, they're just all about our money and time and energy for their own profit
