Shipping was fairly quick, received it pretty fast. However after receiving the Pine Pollen powder that I ordered I noticed that there was no seal underneath the lid or over the lid. On the jar label it says not to use it if seal is broken...
I e-mailed Canadian Pine Pollen about this, but have not heard back from them. It's really disappointing that not only did I receive what appears to be an opened item, but also ignored when I enquired about this. I won't be ordering again.
