I've been taking it only a week so can't claim too much. No unpleasant side effects at any rate, and I have protection from the scary transmissions from the jabbed I inevitably come in contact with. What I can say is that it is completely tasteless and easy to sprinkle on food. I read up on this pollen before ordering and found much evidence of the health benefits. The beautiful enclosed leaflet lists many beneficial ingredients such as phytoandrogens, glutathione, superoxide dismutase, MSM, nucleic acids, 20 amino acids, vitamins and minerals.
