I have not yet tried the pine pollen that I ordered, but I have tried the pine pollen tincture and love it after just a short time. The first few days I took around .5 ml to .75 ml a day then after a few days increased to .5ml to .75 ml several times a day and my energy has increased greatly. I plan to take it on the 5 days on two days off regimen.
