I've been using this pine pollen daily for around two months. So far I enjoy the effects and feel like it is a good addition to my health. Larger doses are certainly more noticeable, but I keep my daily dose relatively low. Definitely increases your energy without any crash like caffeine. I also noticed an overall improved mood. The price is high but so is the quality.
