I've been using this Canadian Pine Pollen for approximately six months. The product is great and I find it works best for me when I use it for about 4 or 5 days then break from using it for about 5 or 6 days. I seem to get a better effect by placing the powder under my tongue for approximately 1 or 2 minutes and then swallowing what hasn't dissolved - great product.
