When I got the pine pollen tincture I immediately took a dose and was shocked by the feeling in my mouth - it was on fire. I went on to the site and sent an email - via the site - and to this day I have not heard a thing from the company. So for the service, I cannot give anything more. The two star is for the speed with which the product came. After receiving it I got very ill and had to stop all my supplements. I hope to start this again soon.
