Have had my husband and I on the tinctures about a week, now (Ponderosa for me, Lodgepole for him). I am noticing elevated energy and I feel that my brain is firing on all cylinders, again. Was hoping (well actually my husband was hoping) for an increase in my libido, but haven't had that result.... yet? (that's why I rated at 4) I make us an antioxidant "cocktail" and I add the drops to that, so only taking once a day 5 days per week. I found the sublingual method was a bit too "hot". My husband was okay with it though. Personal preference, I guess. He hasn't reported anything feeling different for him. I may switch up and give him Ponderosa and me Lodgepole and see what happens.
