I'm new to pine pollen after doing a serious revision of my self-care and self-health approaches to help deal with long COVID. I'm really glad to have pine pollen tincture in my arsenal and have been using 2ml twice a day on a 5 day on / 2 day off cycle. I have the lodgepole variety, and when I take it I'm pleasantly reminded of walking through the lumber section of Home Depot! I'm looking forward to trying the ponderosa variety for my next purchase.
