So, I went about searching for a company that had high-quality, natural-sourced, and "un-cracked" pine pollen in particular. That's how I found Canadian Pine Pollen Company. I initially tried the pine pollen powder duo (70mg/30mg). I felt like I had more energy within a week of taking the recommended serving. From there, I was interested in the tinctures for a more immediate effect (it is absorbed under the tongue). I've been taking that regularly ever since. I usually order the duo. Most recently, I saw the Evergreen C Pine tips tincture and purchased that. I feel healthy and I haven't been sick in a long time. Meanwhile, a bad flu is going around this year and most of my family (loving close by) has been recovering from that. Anyway, I highly recommend their products. They are reasonably priced for the quality and size.
