First of all, I absolutely love my new Silverbirch Broadland 16 foot canoe which I bought through the Canoe and Kayak store website. An actual human being responded by phone after my order to confirm delivery details. The canoe was hand delivered in perfect condition by someone from the shop. In addition, prior to delivery they phoned to confirm that I’d ordered the correct size paddle. Just fantastic, personal service.
