The BOGO promo was still active but failed to upload. Customer service wanted to charge me to cancel the existing order and place a new one instead of fixing the issue themselves. They mentioned I should have added two canvases to the order so the code would work which I did and that didn’t work either.
I feel the promo was fake otherwise you would have fixed it.
