I'm very disappointed & only gave the acceptable rating because they eventually refunded by money, otherwise I would say it was very poor.
Be aware, Canvas Bees does NOT provide a proof, they just ship! I think they're the only canvas company that doesn't do so, which is why the canvas that I worked very hard to produce arrived with mirror edges when I ordered it with white edges.
Canvas Bees also offers only 2 edges, mirror & white. No black & no option for back dust covers.
My canvas contained print, so I ordered white edges because print looks awful wrapped around.
I emailed to see why I hadn't yet received a proof, was told they don't send a proof, so the rep sent me a digital image of my canvas. It was marked 'mirror edges', but I did NOT order mirror edges & did not want mirror edges.
I immediately emailed back to tell him that I'd ordered white edges & asked him to make sure he didn't produce & ship my canvas with mirror edges.
He later said he'd gone off the computer & couldn't email me back! I guess the next day was out of the question too, because I got the canvas with MIRROR edges & it looks awful.
When I emailed to complain, I was told I could reorder & they'd give me a 20% discount! They made the mistake & all they offered me was a 20% discount?
This was a gift & the first thing the bride said was, "what's that on the sides?". I got stuck giving this ugly canvas as a gift, when if they'd paid a little more attention it could have been beautiful.
HINT # 1: There should ALWAYS be a proof, ALWAYS.
HINT # 2: Canvases with text look awful with the text wrapped around the edges.
