Avoid this company at all costs. Wine cooler has stopped working. It is less than 4 years old, but out of their 2 year warranty. It was chosen and fitted by our kitchen company and I had specified that I only wanted Neff/ Siemens or Bosch brands as I have had these before and like them. Never heard of Caple didn’t realise this is what I was getting immediately suspicious of the 2 year warranty but went ahead with it. The compressor on it has gone and was so hot it was a fire hazard. Caple wanted to send their engineer out at a very high cost to tell us that it is broken then wanted to sell us another wine cooler at a ‘discounted’ price. We now have a very expensive wine cupboard as we can’t switch it on. Rubbish customer service useless appliances. Stay clear. Surprised they are still in business.
