Irritating as the garage I was sent to didn't have convenient opening hours to suit my work schedule, the part didn't arrive and I wasn't told having had to take time off work to drop the car off, after being told numerous times my car would be picked up and collected and a courtesy car available. It was a mess and an inconvenience for something that was not my fault
