I purchased a part from them in February 2020. It went wrong in August 2021. The part came with a 3 year warranty. I supplied a letter from the garage that initially fitted the part and diagnosed it when it failed to work correctly. I sent everything that they asked for and they refused my warranty claim saying that there wasn’t enough evidence to prove the part was faulty. Do not buy any part from this company. If you buy through eBay they will it sort your issue out over the phone. They said that communication has to be done via email. Very disappointed with the whole experience. Now my emails to their customer service are being ignored.
