I was having an issue with my Bank Debit card, and my purchase and trade orders failed 3 times, called the bank and it was resolved on the bank end. So I tried to purchase again and it failed. Caratacapital has excellent protection protocols in place for the consumer. I contacted them and Matt C, responded, told me what to do, and worked with their security department, emailed me back, and informed me it was fixed and to try again. Ivan also told me to let him know how the purchase was going, and that he would be standing by if I needed him. Ivan B never left me alone and I appreciate his help.
