Disregard of legitimate complaint. After 15 years membership I had cause to make my first ever complaint, this was about the New Forrest site. We experienced problems with travellers, all day loud parties and wrong booking information. All I received was a letter from the regional manager, the gist of which said I had exaggerated the situation and was mistaken about the booking.There was no impartial investigation rather an acceptance of the stories from the wardens, who of cause denied everything! The "Club" is becoming a self preservation business looking for profit way above customer satisfaction
