Needing a caravan to live in for a while, we saw the Abbey GTS online, went over to look and it was perfect, good condition and well priced. Robert was really helpful and we ended up going for it, deposit paid and they were happy to hold for a while till we got ready for it at home. Communication was brilliant all the way through, we can’t speak highly enough of Henry and Robert, they were honest, helpful and genuinely caring in their approach to us. Completion day was fab, Robert talked us through everything and gave us as much info as possible. Getting the van to our place was “tricky” so say the least. Narrow lanes, awkward turns but Henry was amazing. He kept saying”no rush, I am here to get it right and sorted for you” . A little heart stopping at times getting it in the gate and sited, a minor skermish with a tree, but Henry carried on and we got there! Thank you so much for the help, care and determination to give us excellent customer satisfaction. We can’t thank you enough and will recommend you to anyone needing a caravan, you won’t find better service anywhere. x
