Good experience with carbeast app (which seems new technology). We drove to Chicago, and heard odd noises from under the car-hood. It was a weekend, and not many places open to get it checked, so we looked online. Some resources suggested scary engine problems! But carbeast indicated it was most likely alternator problem which was not too difficult to get fixed there locally that weekend itself. Saved us time, worry (and best of all, money!)
