I was promised a people mover in place of my own but it never came.
Each time I followed up I was told it was coming but it never did.
I was given a car that didn't meet my needs and as such it pretty much stayed parked outside my place until my car was repaired.
My experience with Carbiz was that it was a waste of time and money.
I will not use them ever again.
