Purchased Carbon 12K winch. Waited until next shipment arrived, and received winch in great condition. All was good in the box. Install was very straightforward, but being a Defender with battery under the passenger seat I needed to get some custom length battery leads. Isolator switch and winch breather house mounted easily under bonnet. I did change the winch hook to a Factor 55, only because I like the closed-hook winch system. Original hook looks very solid though. All in all, I am very happy with the winch and it sits extremely well on the Defenders tube bull-bar. If you have a Carbon winch, let it be seen. Thanks guys.
