Brought a carbon winch in 2019. The isolator switch stopped working in 2022. When talking to them on the phone they really knew their stuff which was great but also admitted the older isolation switches had problems. Would have been nice if they offered to replace mine. I ended up buying their newer one from them and an inline fuse. Otherwise, great winch, fair price, fast delivery and easy to deal with. Will shop with them again
