Firstly, it is an absolutely awesome product. It looks great and works perfectly. All the accessories are well thought out. Secondly, the service is exceptional. Greg and Dave are the best auto technicians that I have ever met. Immensely knowledgeable in all aspects of 4WD and recovery. I will be heading back there for suspension, exhaust and other recovery parts. Do yourself a favour and make sure you include Carbon when you start shopping for winches and recovery gear.
