I just recently purchased the One debit card. I put money on the card went online registered it activated it. And I just tried to use it. I cannot use the card. So I called customer service. I was put on hold for 15 minutes. I kept asking are you there are you there no response at all. So into the darkness I stated I am not hanging up I need assistance. The gentleman finally after 16 minutes came back online said you can use it for any purchases or anything and you have a good day and he hung up. I still cannot use this card. Stay away from this card. Do not use this card. If you want to throw your way your money roll it up and use it as a match to light your cigarette. You'll get more pleasure out of it that way
