Wish I could give this a no star or a negative star!! No surprise customer service is overseas!! Absolutely useless people they have working for them!! All you get is we are so sorry we are so sorry we are so sorry but we are so sorry but we are so sorry but!! Absolutely disgusting and horrible!! Do not let them have your money you will not get it back!! I had a pending transaction I wanted them to stop a payment on from an unauthorized user they said there was nothing they could do and it would take me up to 2 months to get my money back!! They don't care because they don't understand they just read off a script and all it tells them to do is apologize profusely lol!! They would rather be reactive than proactive!! Zero f's given!! However they are good for one thing making you feel better about yourself!! They like to give positive affirmation and tell you how sorry they are 🤣🤣but they still can't/won't do anything else!!
