Because my daughter hadn't used the Card reader within 60 days wasn't told of this when signing up as told the sales person she didn't have Broadband yet set up at the shop Even though she had paid the monthly contract each month they cancelled her contract for no useage and now demanding £1400 within 7 days even when she got broadband the Card reader wouldn't work! Apparently this is on the small print! When you sign up. Has totally upset her being a young vulnerable girl trying to start her own business they should be ashamed of themselves!!
