Well, I had an absolute terrible service with this company from the minute we joined all we’ve had is all they’re interested in is your money that Customer service is terrible no one ever get back to you when you make a complaint, and no one seems to care for their quick enough for taking your direct debit. I must’ve spoken to Lorraine about nine times but no one ever brings you back. She’s a nice lady, but got a job to do and basically treat your customers like poo.
