we got the machine in 2021 but never used it. We sent it back to them within the agreed time but they carried on taking money. My bank dealt with it and refunded us our money. My caf'e closed 2023 due to my ill health and in 2025 we got a letter stating I owe £2114.98 and demanding payment within 72 hours. I have sought legal advice and DO NOT owe this money. they have threatened to send someone to the property. Please stay away, this is not right and is causing me more stress with my illness. and feel unfairly pressured.
