I write a second negative review for the same order. First, it was because I was worried that the order will not be sent but they have convinced me here on this site that it will be processed on time. Now I am writing because I didn't receive the goods and they don't refund me money. They say always the same explanation that there is a problem with the platform to return the money. It is strange that the platform works fine when they take money from the customers but doesn't work when the money must be refunded.
I wonder is there anyone who reads this bad ratings and reviews and provide a customer protection on net.
Additional text: I am writing this text after I have received an email from Carethy that today they have refunded my money. OK, I am satisfied with it but I will not change my rating because they didn't send the order, they didn't inform me about the reason why they didn't do it, I have cancelled the order and my money were not refunded in the period of 14 working days but after this period I had to send few emails and ask for my own money. So, I don't see the reason for some change of my rating. My rating is 0 stars for Carethy.
