This is a deceitful company so you all need to be aware. I cancelled my order in time but after an hour of my cancellation, they sent the items. I rejected the parcels as per Carethy's instruction on 8th March. It is already the 12th of April and no sign of a refund. I contacted Carethy on many occasions but they either ignored emails or refused to answer my questions repeatedly. I have asked the following: 1.In the event that the package does not arrive (back to Carethy) before 30 days, what is Carethy's procedure for handling refunds then? 2. Has DHL supplied you with evidence that the package has not been delivered or accepted?
